Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as technical issues preventing access to purchased content or if a service cannot be delivered as promised. To request a refund, clients must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide relevant details. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion. If a recurring subscription is canceled, clients will retain access through the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
